Who am I and what are we about? I have lived in Charlotte, NC for over 50 years. I have been a real estate broker for over 20 years. I have held the International Servicemark for The Real Estate Lady since 1989. Very simply put, I love this city and it's people...real estate facinates me because it deals with this place I call home and the people I call "neighbor"...moreover, I am serious about this calling and my intention is to share what I see and what I know about this market. Charlotte, NC is a vibrant market and folks are coming here from all over the world. The climate is moderate except for this summer it has been very, very hot...Charlotte is well located between mountains and seashore, between Atlanta and Washington...and between provincial and sophisticated. The mantra is new construction, the energy speaks to growth and all the streets are not paved with gold. Therein lays the story...the real Real Estate story. And that is what I will be telling.
